These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HandyBot services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
HandyBot provides AI-assisted customer communication and lead management tools for service businesses. The Service may include messaging/voice automation, knowledge-base search (RAG), scheduling integrations, templates, analytics, and admin tools.
2) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you may not:
- Send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
- Violate third-party rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware or spam.
- Use the Service for regulated emergency services; HandyBot is not a 911/999 substitute.
4) Customer data and permissions
You represent that you have the right to collect and process customer communications and job information through the Service, including any required consents (e.g., recording consent, SMS opt-in requirements, etc.).
5) AI outputs and human review
AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages and decisions made using the Service. HandyBot does not provide professional advice (electrical, legal, medical, financial, etc.).
6) Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Meta/Facebook, Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. HandyBot is not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
7) Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
- Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at checkout.
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase where applicable.
- Telephony/messaging usage fees from providers may apply in addition to our subscription fees.
8) Intellectual property
HandyBot and its software are owned by HandyBot and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users.
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13) Messaging terms (SMS/MMS)
HandyBot may support application-to-person (A2P) messaging to help service businesses respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related communications.

- Program description: Service-related messages in response to user-initiated inquiries (e.g., inbound calls/texts) and customer support interactions.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on user activity and interactions.
- Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Support: For help, reply HELP or contact admin@handybot.help.
- Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time.
Users should not use SMS for emergencies. HandyBot is not a 911/999 substitute.
