HandyBot Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 2025-12-18

This page describes how you can request deletion of your HandyBot data, including data associated with Meta/Facebook Login or Facebook Pages/Messenger connections (if used).

Option A — Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Log in to the HandyBot web app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts.

If your deployment does not yet expose a self-serve delete button, use Option B.

Option B — Request deletion by email

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, billing records or audit logs), and will protect it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.

Meta/Facebook data deletion instructions

If you used Facebook Login or connected a Facebook Page to HandyBot, you can also remove HandyBot’s access:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Find HandyBot and select Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete data already stored in HandyBot; please also submit an in-app or email deletion request if you want stored data removed.
